Mission
The mission of Bond Child and Family Development is to provide an enriched preschool program in a safe and nurturing environment that will facilitate the physical, emotional, social and intellectual growth of the children of the Bond Child and Family Development community.

History
Bond Child and Family Development is a charitable non-profit organization founded in 1937 by Mary Rowell Jackman to provide an enriched preschool program for children aged 2 1/2 to 5 years. Incorporated in 1969, the school is a registered charity, is licensed under the Ministry of Community and Social Services and has a purchase of service agreement with the City of Toronto’s Children’s Services.

Service Areas
Our clients are drawn from the Regent Park, Moss Park and St. James Town areas. The geographic boundaries of our service area are Wellesley Street, River Street, Jarvis Street and Queen Street.

How To Register Your Child
Telephone 416-367-8349 for an appointment. When you arrive you will be asked to fill out an application form. If you need an interpreter please let us know. We are able to assist with Tamil, Bengali, Arabic and Tagalog.

Rates:
5 days per week morning or afternoon program $465.00 per month 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) morning or afternoon program $300.00 per month

Register your child now for our award winning program in the heart of Toronto. Full and part time spaces open with mini bus transportation for those in our area (North- Bloor Street, South King Street, East River Street and West Victoria Street.

Bond Child and Family Development's new Snoezelen Room allows children with autism to be soothed by a complete sensory experience of soft sounds, fragrance, gentle vibrations, multicoloured fibre optics and a bubbling water filled chimney that changes colours at the slightest touch.

Children's Services Subsidy Application
Those who qualify for a subsidy, can call 416-392-KIDS to apply for your file number. You will need your most recent income tax notice of assessment and most recent universal childcare benefits form.
